Agenda Highlights:

In this fun and engaging session, you'll:

* Discover your personal humor style through our interactive Humor Styles Assessment

* Gain access to resources to help you incorporate humor into your daily life and coaching practice

* Explore the importance of self-care and self-awareness, and learn how humor can be a powerful tool for reducing stress and increasing resilience

* Participate in breakout rooms where you'll engage in fun and thought-provoking discussions with fellow coaches, all while enjoying some much-needed laughter and camaraderie

This workshop is not just about having a good time (although, let's be real, it's a big part of it!); it's about investing in your own well-being and growth as a coach. By embracing the process of self-awareness with humor, you'll become a more effective, compassionate, and joyful coach - and that's a win-win for everyone!
