Join ICF NYC for the third installment of the highly regarded Listen & Learn Lab series! We will learn from getting an inside listen to brief audio recordings from real client sessions and analyze them in conversation with MCC coaches. This is an opportunity to break down coaching approaches, techniques, and learn from MCC colleagues.

An auditory experience to interact with real coaches coaching real clients to develop your active listening skills and expand your fluency of coaching competencies.

Agenda:

Enhance your skills by listening to audio snippets and commentary from the sessions of MCCs, Lisa Pachence and Amy Warshawsky. Amy and Lisa will demonstrate the essence of BEING an MCC by diving into:

Cultivating Trust & Safety with clients.

Presence, and what it means to BE with a client at the MCC level.

The art and skill of demonstrating Active Listening.

Meet our Guests and Hosts:

Lisa Pachence, MCC

Lisa Pachence is a Master Certified Coach, ICF Mentor Coach for Coaches, Owner of LP Coaching – an Executive Life Coaching company – Author in "Success in any Season", and a passionate student of life. Lisa works with underfulfilled overachievers – Big Hearted Coaches, Entrepreneurs, and Executives who crave big lives and legacies without big burnout. Clients have included Olympic athletes, Tech CEOs, Non-Profit Executives, government leaders, and hundreds of elite coaches. In addition to powerful 1v1 coaching, Lisa offers group coaching programs including Down to Business Bootcamp for trained coaches, and The Elite Entrepreneur for services based business owners. Amy Warshawsky, MCC

Amy Warshawsky (MCC) is a Mentor, Leadership and Executive Coach and co-founder of Improv for Coaches with nearly 15 years experience in the field. She has helped many individuals, coaches, groups and teams across a wide variety of industries as well as clients in all stages of life to envision their future; strategize goals and next steps personally and professionally; build a strong foundation for growth; and communicate with clarity, resolve and ease. Amy also brings 20 years of expertise in movement, somatic awareness and mind-body techniques to coaching.

Vanessa Hagerbaumer, PCC

Vanessa Hagerbaumer is a PCC-level executive coach and founder of V & CO Coaching where she leads individual and group coaching programs supporting workplace confidence and empowerment.

Brendalyn King, PCC

Brendalyn King is a Leadership & Development Coach with Bhavana Learning Group. She is ICF credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). As a Founding member of Bhavana Learning Group, Brendalyn serves as an executive coach specializing in Leadership Development. She also leads the firm's monthly Coaches Salon Community Hub to cultivate a Coaching Mindset via Deep Listening Practices. Brendalyn also serves as a Meditation guide at the firm’s weekly Practice field, which services the firm’s clients
