Paula Prentis, LMSW, has over twenty-five years of experience in mental health and currently coaches emerging adults who feel stuck figuring out who they are and what they want to do in life. As an author, speaker and curriculum developer she is well-versed in life skills development, neuroscience and evidence-based approaches to foster self-efficacy and personal agency. She holds certifications in trauma, anxiety, CBT, worksite wellness, and is trained in Internal Family Systems coaching. For nearly fifteen years, she has spoken nationwide at conferences, schools and corporate boardrooms on neuroscience with an emphasis on the mind/brain/body connection.
