Nicole Devlin has 25+ years of experience in business administration, coaching, sales, training, marketing and operations--with an emphasis on customer service and effective communication. Working in the health and fitness field, she has provided personal training and crew coaching. As an ICF-certified Professional Communications Coach, Nicole has facilitated corporate training on customer service, leadership and teamwork—helping business leaders become more assertive in their communication, and more accountable for increasing efficiency, productivity and ability to produce bottom-line results. . Nicole has an MBA from the City University of New York and a BA from Mills College.
