Reveal & Rise, LLC is led by Christine Nollen, a leadership coach and strategic advisor. Christine’s coaching creates clarity amidst complexity. Her passion is working with women leaders seeking change or in transition to mirror their brilliance and support them in coming into their power to create possibility in their lives. She leverages her decades of lived experience as a non-profit executive and senior leader within health systems in New York City to relate to the contexts of both individuals and groups, define and dismantle real or perceived limitations, and create new ways of being.
Christine is trained in ontological and co-active coaching, which are coaching methodologies that bring into focus the whole person – both who we are being and what actions we are taking. Client outcomes are generated from this combination in balance.
Christine works with what clients bring and helps work towards a future vision, including defining what is most important to each client if vision is not yet clear. She explores how clients are being and what could be different operating outside of one’s comfort zone. She co-designs actions that create ongoing learning and tries new approaches to effectively lead to agreed-upon coaching results.
Christine earned her M.P.A. / M.P.H. from Columbia University and a B.A. from Georgetown University. She is trained by Accomplishment Coaching and certified in “Playing Big”. She is qualifying for her Professional Certified Coach designation by the International Coach Federation. She is the mother of an 11-year old son and 9-year old daughter and lives in Brooklyn, NY.
