During my 35-year career I have managed a variety of organizations in Technology and Corporate Services, primarily at Morgan Stanley. After retiring from corporate life in January 2018, I decided to pursue a career as a Leadership/Executive coach and Organizational Consultant.
In 2019, I founded JGT Coaching & Consulting, LLC and have been working with Corporate and Individual clients to help them identify and achieve their goals. I completed the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) program at Rutgers University in July 2019 and earned an ICF/ACC certification in March 2020.
