Tyge believes that to love and to be loved, to have a sense of belonging, and to feel connected to one's life are some of the most fundamental human rights. This is what drives his work as an Ontological Life Coach specializing in unresolved trauma and PTSD, an LGBTQ+ advocate, and a training developer and organizational trainer of resilience, crisis and disaster management, and leadership. Tyge works with his clients, both private and corporate, to become leaders in both their personal and professional domains, with an emphasis on leadership, resilience, and relationships. His former and present clients include the world's largest hotel group, the largest US airline, Audible UK (an Amazon company), NGO’s and numerous start-up companies throughout the world. Most recently, he wrote and designed Like A Phoenix, an online training course that teaches victims of trauma to reintegrate into their families, work, and communities.
Tyge is the founder of TADA Business Group and the co-founder of Effective Leadership in a Modern World (ELMWorld). His primary focus in all his endeavors is supporting his clients in building the emotional fortitude to lead, in both their personal and public lives.
