After 30 years in the import/export world, 22 owning my own business – I will use the organizational and logistics skills I have mastered as well as the expertise of being a mom to 3 sons (1 with ADHD, 1 with dyslexia) to helping adults and students (college & HS) become their best selves. I received my ADHD coach training at ADD Coach Academy (the leading international ADHD coaching program). I am also a member of NAPO. My mission is to help students, adults and small business owners work with & embrace their ADHD.
