Member Bio
I work with organizations and individuals to help them learn and get smarter and better at what they do. I am a dedicated puzzle-solver and a lifelong learner. I help unpack complicated problems by approaching each with an open mind and attention it deserves. When I work with others, I listen, ask questions, and help them find solutions within themselves and their environment.
I believe that dabbling in adjacent fields can only deepen my understanding and enrich my work. I have been an organizational development expert, a university professor, a social investor, an international consultant and an executive coach. What’s constant in all that is my passion for learning and discovery.
I am the Co-Founder and Chief Program Officer of the Peer Learning Institute. I also manage The CEO Forum for chief executives of microfinance institutions worldwide. Trained in several coaching modalities including motivational interviewing, Immunity to Change, ACT and Structural Dynamics, I have worked with both senior managers and high potential staff.
I am a graduate of The Ohio State University and the Kellogg School of Management and working towards my professional certification and accreditation as a coach.
