I help my clients connect to a sense of purpose. To be courageous and honest with themselves. To find meaning and live by their core values and reach a general feeling of well-being.
Through coaching, my clients find focus and create change. I take them out of their comfort zone and provide them with the structure and accountability to get there. I do this by coaching efficiently, with simplicity, curiosity, tough love, and a little humor.
Since obtaining my certification, I have been coaching mostly women and artists. Based in New York city, I coach over the phone, in person or even over a walk in Central Park.
I coach in English and Spanish.
