Possessing over 25 years of experience in talent development and executive coaching; and known as an innovative business leader and strategic partner to her clients, Natalie Loeb is the founder and CEO of Loeb Leadership Development (www.loebleadership.com), a certified woman owned business enterprise. Recognized as a thought leader on leadership within the legal world and regularly approached for her developed expertise by a variety of organizations, Natalie leads her firm in the creation and realization of the company vision. Simply put, she helps organizations succeed by building a high trust culture that inspires employees to change, collaborate, grow, and perform at their best. This results in creating a positive impact on themselves, those around them, and their organizations and communities.

Inspired by this vision, Natalie and her team tirelessly partner with their clients to clarify firm aspirations, coach and train the next generation of highly-effective legal and administrative leaders, managers, and teams using intuitive emotional intelligence and expansive business experience. Natalie is passionate about offering creative and customized approaches for individual business needs and is eager to participate in endeavors where lawyers are encouraged to move out of their comfort zones, demonstrate agility, leverage diversity, and choose a growth mindset to lead inclusively.

While employed for over ten years at the global law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, Natalie held various positions within the Human Resources Department. Combining her experience in employee relations and training and development, Natalie coached leaders and provided in house training helping leaders at all levels develop their competence and confidence for coaching and developing their staff members. The visible result being cohesive teams working collaboratively to exceed performance expectations in changing and demanding work environments.
Natalie received her undergraduate degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College in New York City. She also holds numerous certifications including, a leadership coaching certification from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in New York City, the Emotional Intelligence 2.0® Inventory from Multi-Health Systems, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) from Consulting Psychology Press, Everything DiSC®, the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® and the Leadership Profile Inventory® from Wiley Publishing, the Hogan Leadership Suite, Building Resilience from HeartMath® and Situational Leadership II® from Ken Blanchard Companies. Natalie is currently concluding her coursework for her PCC certification with the International Coaching Federation.
