Her holistic approach focuses on building resilience and emotional intelligence during uncertainty, along with strengthening communications skills and leadership presence to increase agility, confidence and self-management for improved employee engagement and productivity throughout organizations. She combines her communications skills with extensive industry experience and has coached leaders and managers in Fortune 100 and 500 Companies helping them to improve individual performance, team alignment, and organizational procedures and strategies. A dedicated life-long learner, Dorothy has the Columbia University Executive and Organizational Coaching Certification and Post Master’s Certificate in Organization Development from The New School’s Milano School of Management.
