Change. These days it as certain as Benjamin Franklin's oft quoted "death and taxes." I have spent five decades intentionally engaged in change as a catalyst, consultant, mentor, and coach. I have worked at the social, organizational, and personal levels with changes that range from incremental to transformational.

Along the way I have learned many things about the human journey through change. Two of these lessons are critical to every change First, all change is personal; organizational and social change only happen when people change. The second lesson is that there is one fundamental path that can lead you through every change. Joseph Campbell referred to it is "the Hero's Journey."

As a coach, each of my clients is a Hero. Whether your journey is small or profound, you are taking on the challenge of maximizing your personal and professional potential. You are facing and overcoming the challenges, including the personal gremlins, that stand in your way. You are living into the future you want, rather than letting the future happen to you. My role is to serve as your Sherpa, guiding you in clarifying your destination, preparing, planning, and taking your journey, and settling into the "new you" that results.

In addition to my membership in the International Coach Federation (New York City chapter), I am a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. My coaching business is a Certified LGBT Business Enterprise.
