I am a bilingual (italian and english) Executive Coach with over five years of experience. I partner with clients at all the organizational levels in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. I also partner with U.S. Universities on graduate students orientation, coaching and mentoring them on their professional path development.
Additionally I am a Management Consultant with over fifteen years of experience in internal audit, technology consulting and business process improvement in a broad array of industries including financial services, manufacturing and distribution, consumer products and and retail. I specialize in the implementation of strategic initiatives for business transformation and organizational change.
