Tina Mertel has spent her 20+ year career helping individuals improve performance, develop plans and take action, motivate others, develop critical thinking skills, problem solve, accept different perspectives, influence the organization and vision, become at ease presenting in front of others, build relationships, and prevent conflict.
Audiences range from corporate clients, to governmental institutions and non-profits, to the individual wanting personal or professional growth. Tina’s focus is on supporting individuals and teams reach their goals. She is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation (ICF), has authored the book, Meaningful Coaching, and served as a mentor coach at an ontological coaching school. She also instructs on Relational Presence, a way of being with people that brings calm, focus, and confidence in speaking with others.
As a first-generation American, she honors the nuances of merging cultures whether it stems from various countries, families, or organizational dynamics. With a sense of adventure and pragmatism, Tina's facilitation and coaching focus on the possibilities for change and innovation with a commitment to what the client wants to create.
