My calling is to enable the unfolding of others professionally and personally. I am a certified executive coach, coach supervisor, mediator, and organizational development consultant. I am a respected leader and coach in the tech industry who can deliver vision, energy, results, and excellence because I take a systems and multidisciplinary approach to developing others to be their best selves. I combine the latest in brain science, race and gender studies, organizational development, leadership theory, learning design, adult development, and process consultation to address the most important challenges in today's corporate environment. I have enabled promotions, relocations, personal growth, and improved relationships and teams. I also speak in various forums about culture, career and diversity.
