Meet our Guests and Hosts:

Minal Kamlani, ACC

Minal Kamlani (ACC, TICC) is a trauma-informed coach, specializing in transformational coaching and inclusive leadership for individuals and organizations. She is a member of the ICF NYC Professional Development Committee and leads new initiatives on trauma-informed and DEIJB topics.

Minal leverages her personal experiences as a woman of color within the LGBTQ+ community, multi-dimensional coach training, and compassionate approach to offer a safe space for those impacted by violence within partnerships, families, or communities.

Felicia Alston, ICF Member, ACC-tracking

Felicia is a Co-Active trained Executive Coach with 17+ years of experience as a Senior-level Marketer within Entertainment and Consumer Brand Industries for Fortune 500 companies, Startups and Top Cultural Leaders.

Additionally, Felicia is a Certified Full-Spectrum Doula practicing in the New York metro area, and is pursuing an ICF ACC certification for Coaching.
