Join us for an introduction to a conscious leadership framework as designed by the Conscious Leadership Group. Facilitator and coach Jim Fallon will guide participants through an interactive self-reflective session providing a methodology to help consider four essential questions to cultivating conscious leadership within all areas of life. Learn to lead a life from a place of curiosity, growth, humor and connection.

The Event

Purpose:  Experiential learning event sponsored by the Leadership Community of Practice  

Objective: Gain an introduction to leading your life or your team from a position of strength and courage.

Outcomes: By the end of the session, attendees will gain an introduction to a conscious leadership framework that helps one shift from a reactive, defensive, deficient-oriented mindset to a curious collaborative, creative connection within oneself and with others.

Event Agenda

  • Introduce Conscious Leadership as a personal practice and model 

  • Demonstrate conscious leadership coaching on a personal challenge 

  • Explore key leadership questions that promote self-awareness, choice and decision making (Breakout rooms: triads)

  • Discuss additional considerations and behaviors of conscious leaders 

  • Review additional resources for cultivating conscious leadership

Jim Fallon

Jim Fallon bridges his coaching training and experience with over 25 years of executive (CEO/President) leadership. He’s led multiple companies, been involved in a wide range of industries, worked abroad, and provided strategy consulting to multiple Fortune 500 companies. He has been a member of YPO for 10 years where he’s moderated multiple forums.  

Jim’s success has been built on strong communication skills, a keen nose for strategic direction and a proficiency at simplifying complexity. Leaders and teams rely on him to stay on the cutting edge of conscious leadership in order to fuel innovation, self-awareness, and aligned strategy. His laser sharp presence, inquiry, and insight results in actionable development plans that he supports his clients to realize.


Jim holds an M.B.A. from University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in philosophy and psychology from University Wisconsin-Madison. He is a certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West and a graduate of the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute’s Engage program.  He is a lifelong student of neuroscience and human behavior. Jim lives in Boulder, CO, with his wife and two children.
