An organizational leader and executive leadership coach, Laura has more than 20 years of progressive experience in the public and private sectors. She supports leaders in creating strategic vision, building organizational capacity, managing complex change, transitioning to new roles, and transforming organizational culture. She is passionate about building opportunities for people and strengthening organizations.
Laura holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University and conducts research on leaders’ decision-making in complex, culturally diverse organizations as well as how to drive organizational transformation. Her academic research and coaching practice complement one another and allow Laura to use different frameworks when partnering with clients to navigate toward a better future.
