The diverse background of my career is a cornerstone of my coaching practice. When I started in the non-profit sector I had to be creative and resourceful to deliver results. Throughout my corporate career as a senior executive leading product, marketing, consulting and business development teams across the financial services, insurance and payments technology industries, my success came from my passion to tap the best from the innate talents of team members to build high performing organizations. My passion for developing the most from individuals for the benefit of the business and for their personal growth led me to my next career as a coach, building off the Co-Active coaching model as my foundation. (CPCC anticipated Feb, 2019). Leveraging my corporate background and coaching experience, I coach senior leaders and executives at leading Fortune 500 companies addressing various forms of professional transition (new job; new role; new leader, new career). In addition, my domestic and global coaching clients represent emerging talent including new leaders, high potential individuals and top performers including millennials and Gen Z.
