Prior to starting my coaching practice 10 years ago, I held senior leadership positions in Management Consulting and Information Technology including Global Partner with the consulting firm Accenture, VP with Oracle Corporation, and Senior VP with PwC.
Hence, I am able to bring to bear a combination of my senior leadership experience and my 10-year coaching experience to help my clients achieve the outcome(s) they desire.
I first help my clients achieve absolute clarity regarding their goal, be it giving a powerful expression to their voice, shining in their current position, and/or making meaningful progress towards their Career North Star.
We then co-create strategies for achieving their goal(s) and defining practical metrics for measuring their progress along their journey.
In addition to 1-on-1 coaching, I am a frequent speaker on leadership topics, and my webinars have been viewed by over 160,000 professionals.
