About our Speakers:
Manbir Kaur, MCC, is an Executive and Leadership Coach with 28+ years of tech industry experience, partnering with senior leaders and business owners to become transformational leaders who drive meaningful impact. Recognized as one of the 15 visionary C-Suite coaches by US Reporter, she is known for helping tech leaders embrace a human mindset, build genuine connections, and develop conversational intelligence.
With over 12,000 coaching hours, Manbir has created impactful frameworks like the HUMAN Leadership framework, enabling leaders to align, inspire, and engage teams in a VUCA world. Her corporate background includes leading global teams and customer-facing roles at Fiserv, Open Solutions, and Oracle India.
Manbir is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Conversational Intelligence Practitioner, Positive Intelligence Coach, and Team Coach. She has authored two books: Get Your Next Promotion and Are You The Leader You Want To Be? An Executive MBA graduate from IIM Kolkata with an MCA, she has served as Director of Education & Research at ICF Delhi/NCR and is currently Chair of ICF’s Professional Coaches Global Board
Matthew Swayers is a business founder, teacher, author, mentor, and strategic consultant.
Matthew has been teaching graduate courses in marketing and strategic communication at NYU School of Professional Studies since 2018. He also teaches at Columbia University.
Matthew has held senior management for companies including BIC, Snapple Beverages, Digitas, and Pitney Bowes. He received several industry awards, including Gold and Silver EFFIE Awards, and recognition from The Wall Street Journal for innovative marketing. Currently, Matthew is the Managing Director of USAccelerator, a consultancy specializing in market
intelligence and U.S. expansion strategy.
Matthew has been featured in interviews with CNBC, Chief Executive, Financial Times, and the UK’s Monocle. His book, “Make It In America – How International Companies and Entrepreneurs Can Successfully Enter and Scale in U.S. Markets,” was published by Wiley in December 2022. In December 2024, he spoke at FT’s Investing in America conference. Matthew earned an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Kathleen Donohue Rennie, PhD, APR, Fellow PRSA, is Chair and Clinical Assistant Professor of Integrated Marketing & Communications at NYU School of Professional Studies. With over 20 years of experience in aligning academic programs with market needs, she leads NYU’s Executive MS in Marketing and Strategic Communications, MS in Integrated Marketing, and MS in Public Relations and Corporate Communications.
Previously, Kathy chaired NJCU’s Marketing Department and taught crisis communication while mentoring doctoral candidates. At Seton Hall University, she spent two decades elevating its public relations program to regional prominence.
As a consultant with 25+ years of experience, Kathy has developed integrated marketing campaigns for industries including healthcare, education, and technology. Earlier in her career, she served as NJ TRANSIT’s spokesperson and media relations representative.
Jose Mendoza, DBA, Academic Director, Integrated Marketing & Communications, Clinical Associate Professor at NYU School of Professional Studies, leads one of the largest graduate marketing programs in the U.S., with over 1,500 students. He specializes in marketing technologies, AI marketing, business analytics, and consumer pricing. Before NYU, Dr. Mendoza held academic roles at the University of Arizona and Sacred Heart University, where he pioneered digital marketing, artificial intelligence marketing, and retail innovation programs.
Dr. Mendoza brings over 20 years of senior global marketing experience to the table. He has worked with renowned brands like Absolut, Chivas Regal, Hewlett-Packard, and Tampico, overseeing operations across more than 50 countries. His diverse expertise spans consumer insights, big data marketing, and neuromarketing. Dr. Mendoza has shared his insights at global conferences in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America.
Dr. D. Ivan Young, MCC, is a leading expert in human behavior and relationships, specializing in behavioral neuroscience. With over two decades of experience, he helps individuals and organizations achieve transformative, lasting change. A three-time TEDx speaker with 4 million+ views, Dr. Young holds esteemed credentials as an ICF Master Certified Coach, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Forbes Coaches Council member, and Certified Professional Diversity Coach.
Dr. Young integrates Positive and Developmental Psychology, Myers-Briggs, CBT, DBT, and evidence-based coaching to resolve complex life and organizational challenges. His approach is defined by confidence, capacity, and competence in coaching diverse perspectives and personalities.

CCEUs will be sent within 7 – 10 business days to all attendees who participate in most of the event.
CCEU eligibility and issuance
In accordance with ICF guidance, in order to receive CCEUs for ICF NYC events, you must attend a minimum of 80% of the event whether virtual or in-person.
CCEU certificates are not awarded for attending less than the 80% threshold or for watching recordings.
