Part 3 of a 3 Part Team & Group Coaching Series
In this interactive session, we’ll spend time thinking about the mistakes group and team coaches can make as well sharing strategies on how to deal with them.
Examples of bleepers and bloopers might be sticking to the plan, taking up all the space or answering for the team/group member.
The goal for this session is to create awareness for great group/team coaching practices and to provide you with clear strategies to ensure your sessions are led by the participants, not the coach.
Purpose: To gain strategies to avoid or bounce back from the bloopers of team and group coaching.
Learning Objectives:
- Gain clear strategies to avoid common group/team coaching mistakes
- Apply new ways of being with the group
- Practice taking a step back to create more agency in group participants
Why this topic is a Need to Know:
In the current climate of uncertainty and ambiguity, connection is needed more than ever. Both organizations and individuals strive to build strong relationships to support their growth.
Group and team coaching both respond to this need for empathy building, putting the human at the center of the changes that are needed.
This event will help group and team practitioners to take their professional practice to the next level.
