ICF NYC 2025 KickOff – Connect, Explore & Engage
Join us for an evening to meet the incoming ICF NYC Board of Directors, preview plans for 2025, share ideas, and learn how you can actively participate in the ICF NYC community this year!
The Event
Each January, ICF NYC hosts a Kickoff event to get to know our members both new and old, and to invite your input and active engagement in the coming year. ICF NYC members will have an opportunity to:
- Meet the new Chapter’s Board of Directors
- Get a sneak preview of 2025 programming plans
- Hear from each volunteer committee about their priorities for the new year and how chapter members can get involved
This is also an opportunity for members to share ideas and development priorities for the coming year.
Involvement in the local chapter is one of the best ways to build professional relationships, give back to the community, create new connections, take advantage of all the professional and personal development options the Chapter offers, and let new opportunities flourish.

ICF NYC Recording Policy
ICF NYC Virtual Event Notice:
ICF NYC meetings are rarely recorded and when they are, they are only recorded with both disclosure by the host and acceptance by participants. All other events, by default, are confidential.
Any form of recording NOT initiated by the host (including but not limited to video, audio, or chat recording, including transcription) is not permissible. The meeting host reserves the right to remove any participant (person or technology) that fails to comply with the policy. Accordingly, it is the responsibility of every participant to know what technologies (including zoom and browser plugins) that they have installed on their device and if they have the potential to violate this policy.
AI transcription requests will be rejected and any user found to be using an AI bot will be removed from the event.

Julien is an ICF Professional Certified Coach with a focus on resilience, strengths and transition with a passion for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. He loves supporting his clients to achieve their personal and professional goals with proven tools and methodologies so they can grow from good to great. He works with individuals and organizations to support them in accelerating their performance, in becoming strong & resilient leaders, and in harnessing their energizing strengths to reach their goals.
Julien’s coaching style is warm, creative, innovative, and expanding horizons while creating an environment of accountability, trust and actionable results. He has successfully helped and partnered with high potentials through to senior leaders and executives in periods of transition and change allowing them to gain greater confidence, build impactful influencing skills, and create inclusive environments.
Julien is a certified practitioner of numerous assessments and methodologies, including DISC, MBTI, Strengths Profile and EQi 2.0 & EQi 360. He works in diverse industries, including financial services, technology, manufacturing, media, retail, transportation and government. Clients range in size from small, growing entrepreneurial firms to large, well-established multinational organizations.
Julien currently serves as the Director of Education of the Diversity for Performance Professional Coach Training Certification and is a member of ICF NYC Membership and a volunteer for the non-profit Coaching For Everyone.
Gina Martin is an Executive Leadership and High-Performance Coach, Mental Fitness Advocate, Entrepreneur, Mother, and Breast Cancer survivor.
Gina’s Self-Leadership journey started when she became a single mother and immigrated to the US before turning 18.
As an entrepreneur, she built two direct sales businesses where she drove record personal and team sales and received national recognition and multiple awards.
Her passion for sales, love for people, and personal development led her to start her Retail Leadership journey. She trained, promoted, and impacted hundreds of individuals over a twenty-year career.
She has led cross-functional teams of up to 600 people for prestigious brands such as Victoria’s Secret, GUESS, Inc., and Gap. She is the founder of Gina Martin Coaching.
Her mission as an Executive Leadership Coach & High-Performance Coach is to help her clients discover and develop their self-leadership skills, unlock what’s keeping them from achieving the success they desire, and inspire them to take massive action toward creating the lifestyle they’ve always dreamed of and deserve.
As President Elect, Gina is committed to welcoming and supporting all members, maximizing their experience in the chapter, and enabling and facilitating opportunities for networking, collaboration, and comradery among all members.
