Stephanie Simpson, ACC – Fully Connect To Your Body For Greater Self Awareness
Our bodies are continuously speaking to us and hold a vast amount of wisdom. It’s important for us to be able to listen to our bodies in order to hold space for ourselves and then be able to hold space for others. Many of us may have lost that connection to our bodies. Somatic Sensation practices can help us to come back to the body, understand our feelings/emotions, and create a greater sense of self and presence.
Brendalyn King, PCC – Cut Through Difficult Emotions To Get To Your Truth
RAIN is a mindfulness tool that offers support for working with difficult emotions.
The tool RAIN (an acronym for the four steps of the process), can be accessed in almost any place or situation. RAIN directs our attention in a clear, systematic way that cuts through confusion and stress. The steps give us somewhere to turn in a painful moment, and as we call on them more regularly, they strengthen our capacity to come home to our deepest truth
