This event is an ICFNYC members-only follow-up to the ICF NYC and NYU’s MS Program in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting 4th annual conference on March 7th on the topic of “What Do Coaches Need to Know About the Rise of Digital Coaching Platforms.”

Who is this event for:Coaches who want to hear from other coaches about their experience in working with various digital coaching platforms. This facilitated discussion will provide coaches an opportunity to learn more about what working with some of the platforms is all about. For example, understand the potential interview process, coach onboarding and development, coaching performance and client interactions. It’s also an opportunity to explore broader shifts in the global coaching industry at-large and impacts on coaches and traditional business models.

Event Observers: A representative from ICF Global and from NYU’s MS Program in Executive Coaching will attend as observers to contribute to ongoing research around the impact of digital platforms on the coaching profession. In this observation role, they will capture themes and feedback, but will maintain confidentiality and anonymize their data capture such that no information may be attributed to any individual or organization.
The Event
The ICF NYC and NYU’s MS Program in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting 4th annual conference on March 7th on the topic of “What Do Coaches Need to Know About the Rise of Digital Coaching Platforms'' will host several digital coaching providers. This follow-up event for ICF NYC members will explore the coach’s experience as an individual practitioner. We will also discuss the impact of the rise in coaching platform providers on the coach and client relationship as well as the coaching business model.
Purpose: Provide coaches with an open forum to share their successes, joys, challenges, and concerns in working with digital coaching platform providers. This event will offer transparent dialogue and exchange of ideas, career and business development resources as it relates to digital platform providers.
Objective: Coaches will share their experiences and gain new insights into the expanding digital coaching platform providers, which has an increasing presence in the global coaching industry.

Agenda
This ICF NYC members-only event will provide ICF NYC Chapter Members an opportunity to discuss their experience in working with various digital coaching platform providers. We will hear from several members who have volunteered to share their experiences and perspectives working with a variety of coaching platforms.
Discussion will be informed by questions submitted by ICF NYC members in our recent survey as well as outcomes from the March 7th event coupled with plenty of time for live questions.
