Join us for an introductory session to learn what makes coaching women leaders so unique and important in today’s world. The workshop will help coaches understand how to best prepare and equip themselves with a deep understanding of the current social-economic background our clients face, the nature of breakthroughs available specifically for women, and tools to support and expand the existing practice of coaching women leaders.

 Who is this event for: Coaches or individuals wanting to learn more about coaching women leaders.

The Event

Purpose: Facilitate discussion around coaching women leaders and what that means in today's socio-economic background, implications of working from home and work-life balance, the nature of work and breakthroughs available for women to fully step into their power and leadership.

Objective: This is the second event in the series designed to explore the specifics of coaching women leaders and generate discussion with coaches about the complexity and nature of the work with this niche.

Learning elements:

Context: What are the elements of coaching women leaders and how one can best serve the needs of this demographic in today’s world.

Format: A panel of three speakers specializing in coaching women leaders in corporate and executive settings and ways to support new emerging coaches working with this niche.

Outcomes: By the end of the session, attendees will have learned essential practices for coaching women leaders in today’s world, engaged in a discussion with various experts and alternative viewpoints, as well as understand the value women leaders bring to the changing landscape of leadership in corporate and other organizational settings.

Allison Conte, MSPODC

Sophia Leadership 

Founder and Coach

Allison Conte, Founder of Sophia Leadership, has spent 25 years consulting at the top levels of global and large organizations, while also cultivating personal mastery and spiritual wisdom.

She is an instructor of executive leadership programs through Harvard Business School (Harvard Business Publishing), and an executive coach to c-level leaders. 

Through Sophia Leadership, Allison supports women change-leaders to deliver on their mission with more impact, and less effort through a blend of professional and spiritual development. She teaches women how to source the power of the Sacred Feminine and integrate both feminine and masculine values in their own leadership, and in organizational cultures. 

She also serves as co-founder of the Sanctuary for Sacred Union, an inter-spiritual ministry focused on wholeness and spiritual development through direct experience of the Divine. 

Allison holds a Masters in Positive Organization Development from Case Western Weatherhead School of Management. She previously served on the faculties of the ICF-Accredited Gestalt Coaching Program, the Center for Creative Leadership, and the Integral Center. She is a Spiritual Intelligence coach and master of Polarity Thinking, and is certified in developmental psychology, appreciative inquiry, and emotional intelligence.



Marie Deveaux, PCC

Executive Leadership Coach

Marie Deveaux is an executive leadership coach whose mission is to magnify the voices and agency of women and minorities in their work spaces.

Marie started her career in Americorps, serving youth in under-served communities. That led her to a robust career in education and management that led to being the Director of Training and Development at one of the largest charter school networks in New York City. Marie spent twelve years designing custom leadership development programming and learning experiences prior to starting her independent consulting practice.

Marie has brought her training and inclusive workshop interventions to companies such as Facebook, Microsoft, WPP, the 4As, UBS, Spotify, KIPP New Jersey, and the Ford Foundation.

Marie’s consulting and coaching philosophy focuses on self awareness, compassion and effective communication as an avenue for fostering deeper connections in relationships. Through this lens, we deepen capability in how we are relating with our work, ourselves as workers, and with those who co-work alongside us.  Marie offers avenues for each participant to further understand themselves in relationship with others in support of creating inclusive work cultures that allow the nurturing of the individual and the group simultaneously.

Marie holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature from New York University.  Her executive coach training was completed at ICF accredited Accomplishment Coaching. She is a Professional Certified Coach, and member of The International Coaching Federation. 

 

 

Alicia Jabbar, PCC

Executive Leadership Coach


Alicia Jabbar, CPCC, PCC is a co-founder of Inside Out Incubator where she designs and delivers leadership programs that help women working in male dominated industries lead powerfully on their own terms.

She is also an executive leadership coach who partners with individuals who are navigating new terrain. Through their work together, clients uncover how to increase their leadership capacity without sacrificing who they are. 

Alicia also facilitates the Interpersonal Dynamics course ("Touchy Feely") offered at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Prior to coaching, Alicia built a career at a high-growth data technology company leading teams across both product management and partnerships. Her clients included top-tier technology companies including Facebook, Google, Pinterest, Twitter, Yahoo, and Amazon. She was part of the initial team at Datalogix that sold to Oracle in 2015 at a 33x return to investors.

When she’s not coaching or running her business, she’s spending time with her family (partner, pup, and kiddo), unplugging in the mountains, cooking a fresh meal in the kitchen, or cuddling up with a good book.

Olya Shapiro, ACC, CPA

Beauty Unleashed - Feminine Leadership Coach


Olya Shapiro, ACC, CPA is an International Coach Federation-credentialed leadership coach working with women stepping into the next level of their personal and professional leadership, reconnecting with their feminine essence and body wisdom, and creating more depth and intimacy in their relationships. 

Olya’s background is in assurance and financial services, where she spent a decade working with a variety of clients - from S&P 500 companies, private investment, and asset management firms to pre-IPO technology and media startups. Inspired by her passion to empower others, Olya has started her private coaching practice, became a feminine leadership coach at Beauty Unleashed and co-founded School of Shakti in Russia.

As a coach, Olya serves and embodies the sacred feminine principles, and creates a holistic approach to support her clients in creating deep fulfillment across all areas of life. She facilitates Divine Sisterhood circles all over the world and enjoys collecting and sharing sacred teachings with her clients and groups.
