Join us for an  introductory session to learn why feminine leadership values are so important in today’s world, and to learn a framework that can be applied to personal or organizational leadership. This workshop is the first in a two-part series. The first topic will explore feminine leadership as a paradigm for any gendered client. This second topic will continue early 2022 to explore coaching for female leaders.

Who is this event for: Leadership Coaches seeking coaching frameworks that promote wholeness, consciousness, and compassion for their clients and who are committed to ushering in a new, post-patriarchal paradigm. 

 

The Event

Purpose: Define feminine leadership style for coaching any gendered/ non-gendered clients by introducing a framework developed by Sophia Leadership.

Objective: The first session is designed to introduce a feminine leadership framework and generate discussion with coaches in applying various feminine traits to diverse coaching contexts.

Learning elements:

  • Context: Why embodied feminine leadership is so essential for our times… and why it can be so difficult to LIVE, day to day. 

  • Framework: A new, holistic model for integrated Masculine/Feminine values and energies that are required for positive impact. 

  • Discussion: What does it take to fully embody the Feminine in your own leadership, so you can bring more balance to leaders, teams, and organizations? 


Outcomes: By the end of the session, attendees will have been introduced to a feminine leadership framework, and understand the practical implications of why it’s important to include feminine leadership values and styles into their coaching work.

Allison Conte, MSPODC

Sophia Leadership 

Founder and Coach

Allison Conte, Founder of Sophia Leadership, has spent 25 years consulting to global and large organizations, while also cultivating personal and spiritual mastery.

She is an instructor of leadership programs through Harvard Business School (Harvard Business Publishing), and an executive coach to c-level leaders. 

She also serves as co-founder of the Sanctuary for Sacred Union, an inter-spiritual ministry focused on wholeness and spiritual development through direct experience. 

Allison holds a Masters in Positive Organization Development from Case Western Weatherhead School of Management. She is a Gestalt practitioner, Spiritual Intelligence coach, and master of Polarity Thinking, and is certified in developmental psychology, appreciative inquiry, and emotional intelligence.

In her consulting and executive coaching practice, she supports leadership cultures to be agile, mature, and capable of handling complexity. Clients and students appreciate her strategic thought-partnership as well as her warm, relational, creative, and highly intuitive style.

Olya Shapiro, ACC, CPA is an International Coach Federation-credentialed leadership coach working with executives and business owners stepping into the next level of their personal and professional leadership, creating larger impact, and building global purpose-driven communities. 


Olya’s background is in assurance and financial services, where she spent a decade working with a variety of clients - from S&P 500 companies, private investment, and asset management firms to pre-IPO technology and media startups. Inspired by her passion to empower others, Olya has started her private coaching practice and became a feminine leadership coach at Beauty Unleashed. 


As a coach, Olya serves and embodies the sacred feminine principles, and creates a holistic approach to support her clients in creating deep fulfillment across all areas of life. She facilitates Sisterhood circles all over the world and enjoys collecting and sharing sacred teachings with her clients.
