The Event

Purpose: Celebrate 20 years of ICF NYC Excellence and Look ahead to the next 20 years. 

Description: This interactive evening event will Celebrate our Past ICF, connect with each other, and share our hope for the chapter’s future, and the future of coaching here in NYC. 

 Theme Colors: Wear blue, white, or both & bring a blue or white beverage, food and/or snack.

• Past History of ICF NYC Chapter & Trivia (On This Day 20 Years Ago)  (Amy Bloustine)

• Past Presidents’ Panel (Erin Hyland, Laurie Lawson, Terry Yoffe and Bernie Siegel)

• Recognize Board, Committee Chairs & Members (Amy Bloustine)

• Mindful Minute: What do you want to be true about your involvement in the chapter moving forward?

• Breakout Networking Activity #1: Scavenger Hunt (find as many things that everyone in the room has in common other than physical appearance) 

• • In breakout rooms, groups will be asked to introduce themselves to each other: name, coaching practice,  length of ICF membership, highlight from your coaching . . .

  • Then, engage in open conversation to identify things “beneath the surface” that all members in the room have in common. (Ex. we are all the middle child, love cooking, hate flying)

  • Report back in the main room on what was learned.  (Prizes for the breakout room participants with the most “finds”!)

• Video Activity:

• • Future of Coaching Videos (30 Sec Video) Commemorate 20th Anniversary Those interested in making a video will be invited to answer one question, from a short list, and record their answer.
