While most coaches have to deal with challenging clients at some point, mediators deal with difficult personalities every time they work. As part of his mediation experience, Alex has developed a three-step process for getting even some of the most challenging personalities to resolve their differences.

During this interactive session participants will learn the process Alex uses to help clients find their way from upset to resolution, compare the skills of mediators and coaches, and practice specific techniques to help clients move beyond conflict in real time.
