The Event

The leaders we serve are facing a rapidly changing spectrum of complex human challenges and expectations. Interpersonal behaviors have bigger consequences than ever. This workshop-style webinar is for coaches looking to boost their relevance and help reinvent leaders to meet the moment and communicate their way to success.

As coaches, we are uniquely positioned to help our clients translate the complex and abstract into concrete actions. The personality profiles and anonymous 360s that got us here won’t get us there.

Join BehavioralOS CEO Matt Stone for a highly interactive session to experience firsthand a proven process that is reinventing how leaders manage self-awareness, adjust their communication style, accelerate trust, and supercharge relationships.

By the end of the hour you will be able to:

  • Analyze complex interpersonal challenges using a simple behavioral model developed by a world-renowned MIT organizational psychologist.
  • Assess the readiness of a leader to take 100% responsibility for their 50% part in key work relationships.
  • Acquire access to a set of tools that produce highly actionable insights through a uniquely non-judgment process.

We look forward to seeing you there!
