If you’re thinking of scaling your business or you’d like to give your clients a different type of value, group coaching is a powerful solution. Through a live demonstration and a panel discussion, we’ll answer questions on how to lead group coaching sessions, the do’s and don’ts, and give you ideas to start your own program.

The Event

This event will be split into two parts: A group coaching demonstration followed by a panel discussion. Through those, we hope to answer a range of questions around three different domains:

  • The art of group coaching: e.g, how to structure a group session, how to ensure that all participants are receiving what they need, how to theme a group coaching session or thinking about group dynamics. 

  • The business of group coaching: e.g., how to price group coaching sessions / programs or how to market a program.

  • The logistics of group coaching: e.g., how many people should be in the group or how often they should meet. 

Participants in this event will leave with:

  • A clear sense of how to run group coaching sessions

  • Tools to apply during a session 

  • Ideas to start creating their own group coaching program 

The learning will support the following core competencies: A3, A4, C5, C6, C7, D8, D9, D10.

      Dominique is the Director of Coaching at Medley and she runs her own coaching practice for high performers on the move. She is also the coaching and L&D advisor for the Rise Journey, and an advisor for the Brooklyn2Bogotá digital incubator for hispanic entrepreneurs. She holds a Masters’ in Educational Leadership, and she has coaching certifications from the NeuroLeadership Institute and the International Coaching Federation. She is a surfer and adventurer, and she lives a peaceful life in Brooklyn, NY.
