The event 

As coaches, we seek to coach the whole person when supporting our clients in achieving their goals. We work to build trusting, collaborative relationships that respect and value all parts of our clients.   Sometimes this means being there for our clients as they open up about identity, culture or power dynamics they are experiencing. Yet, for many coaches, surfacing such issues with their clients can feel awkward and uncomfortable, and the coach may hold back.  Unfortunately, when avoiding presenting contexts or questions, we may inadvertently do our clients a disservice by not inviting their whole person into the relationship.

• Help you recognize how your own identity, culture and power dynamics may present themselves in your coaching relationships

• Explore case studies and situational examples where identity, culture or power are in play 

• Increase your confidence to fully invite your client’s full experience into the relationship
