After a winter hiatus, CoachCafe Manhattan is back in early May with one of our favorite hosts, Michael Mellen. Sip on your Starbucks, enjoy the view of the river and meet new and old CoachCafe friends before the program starts. 

The big Why of CoachCafe is to create small communities of coaches focused on peer learning to help grow our business. 

As an example, during the 90-minute format, coaches might discuss aspirations for their business, what they need help with, and how they could help the group. In our experience, every person walks away learning something new, based on the experience of their peers. 

The purpose of CoachCafe! is to help members grow their business in an environment of support and strength. Members know to come prepared to “offer” each other support, based on their strengths. At the same time, members are encouraged “to ask” each for help.
