Coach Leo is a bilingual -Spanish and English Executive and Business Coach. He holds a B.A. and a J.D. from UBA University in Argentina; has an MBA and an Organisational Communication Postgraduate Certification from Austral University.

He is a Georgetown University Certified Leadership Coach, Certified Hogan Assessment Consultant and an ICF Professional Certified Coach.

He brings 30 years of experience working as a Leadership and Business Coach with more than 5.897 documented hours of 1 to 1 coaching work.

He seeks to inspire leaders to make behavioral changes which transform themselves and the people around them, increasing business results and performance.
