Brendalyn King

“I am so pleased to take on the role of Director of Professional Development for our chapter. Participating on the PD committee for the past 4 years has allowed me to experience the process of bringing learning to our chapter. As an educator who opened a NYC Public Charter School nearly 10 years ago, I have always been interested in how adults learn. With our chapter’s presentations ranging from power-point presentations to experiential roller-coasters, I have felt proud of the sessions created and led by members of our PD committee. I look forward to listening to our members while aligning their interests with the support of the other members of this amazing committee.”
