Maggie Johnson is an executive coach dedicated to helping business leaders develop sound strategies and action plans to achieve greater success and well-being for themselves, their companies, and their teams.
Maggie is a former “C-Suite” executive with extensive HR expertise and the savvy to quickly understand business and workplace issues. She has a track record of collaborating with leaders of PE-backed companies, startups, and healthcare organizations and helping them achieve desired results and highly successful outcomes. As an HR and business leader, she knows what it takes to get ahead. She asks the right results-driven questions.
Maggie held the top HR executive position for organizations in the healthcare, financial services, and education industries, and for a nationwide government contractor. She has worked for large and small, union and union-free, national and international high-growth and PE-backed companies. She holds a law degree (LLB) from the University of London, UK. She has SPHR and SPHR-SPC certifications from HRCI and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) respectively. She is a Certified Coach (iPEC) and a member of the Center for Executive Coaching.
