Alicia is an ICF-PCC credentialed Coach, Facilitator, and OD Consultant. She is a recipient of Gold Facilitation Impact Award 2021 given by the International Association of Facilitators. She is passionate about partnering with people in their quest for growth, development, fulfillment, and success.
Alicia carries over 20 years of work experience with roles ranging from Sales Engineer to CEO, gleaned from diverse industries. She had led teams that broke down a monopoly, created product market leaders, led start-up operations, and managed various projects. She juggled coaching and facilitation - initially as a volunteer - while advancing her corporate career. In the last 15 years, she had collaborated with other coaches, Subject Matter Experts, and other consulting firms in delivering coaching programs & capability-building interventions for the public, corporate, government and NGO sectors.
Alicia was involved in milestone coaching projects in the capacity of Team Leader for the “Coaching Program of the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Leaders", the first top-level executive coaching project of the government, funded by PAHORDF/AusAid; and Assist. Head Coach of an 8-month Executive Coaching/OD Program with a BPO company that yielded 9.67X Gross ROI. She was a Lead Facilitator-Coach for 72 teams of a 90-day public Leadership Development Program for 16 years. She had trained hundreds of volunteer coaches, many are now professional coaches themselves. To date, she has rendered 5,000+ hours of combined life, executive, business, team, and mentor coaching services - supporting the development of thousands of individuals from all walks of life.
She had been invited as a guest and resource person in television and radio talk shows, podcast, conferences, and chamber of commerce, as well as in learning sessions of both IAF and ICF Philippines.
Alicia completed Certification courses in Conversational Intelligence for Coaches (C-IQ) ; DISC & EQ ; Holistic Life, Career & Executive Coaching (Goal Imagery Institute); Strategic Marketing (UP); Organization Development (PennSate). She graduated from UST with a degree in Chemical Engineering and earned MBA academic units from DLSU.
Volunteering in civil society organizations has always been integral to Alicia's development. She is currently a Trustee/President of IAF Philippines and served as a prime mover in various donation drives for covid-19 front liners/students and victims of natural disasters. She also practices TM Sidha Meditation. The convergence of her education, work experiences, volunteerism, and meditation had made her a highly effective coach and facilitator.
