An Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation), a Certified Master Coach (CMC) accredited by Center for Coaching Certification. Qualified as a Nokia Master Business Coach in 2015. Coaches senior leaders to build high performing teams, lead transformative change and achieve superior business results.
I originally trained as a coach in 2015 under an EMCC based program in Europe to be a master business coach in Nokia Oy.
Since 2015 I led the Nokia North American Coach community of 40 coaches and have coached over 1000 hours inside Nokia
I have a held a wide variety of senior roles in the Telecommunications, IT and Networks industry working for customers and suppliers in many countries around the world. Most recently I was the VP for Engineering for Nokia in North America leading the large team of people who deliver service for Nokia in North America
I left Nokia earlier this year to found my own consultancy business which delivers executive, career and business coaching, team facilitation using the Lego Serious Play methodology and development and delivery corporate leadership development programs.
I am also a Keynote speaker on corporate leadership and International conference facilitator most recently in Warsaw, Poland, Lisbon,Portugal, Shanghai,China, Dallas, USA & Bangkok, Thailand.
I am British, originally from London and since 2011 lived in Dallas, Texas and have been in New York since the summer 2019. I have 2 grown up sons in London , a chef and a musician and I live in midtown New York with my partner Erica..
