As a certified Executive & Leadership Coach with over a decade as a CEO and COO before that, I bring a unique perspective to helping you integrate deeply-held values with prudent fiscal judgement so you can make the tough decisions with confidence. I’m also a busy working mom of 3 delightfully sarcastic children, a proud partner of a loving and supportive husband, and a caring (and sometimes flustered) daughter of an aging parent. I know firsthand what it means to be a loving and committed parent, child, spouse and professional all at the same time (humor and light sarcasm help tremendously) and I believe you don't stop being who you are when you cross the threshold of your office.
