Alex Yaroslavsky is an Executive Coach with 20+ years of coaching, teaching and mediation experience in a variety of industries, including financial services, technology, nonprofits, pharmaceuticals, construction and higher education. He is a Goleman EI certified meta-coach and is an expert in Emotional Intelligence. Alex has been featured in the 2021 Hollywood-produced film: IMPACT.
Alex has a passion in building trusted partnerships with senior leaders to help them create highly effective and collaborative teams. His coaching style is to encourage clients to be receptive and actionable on honest feedback and effectively read their audience. Clients learn proven methods to speak with executive presence and successfully navigate difficult situations.
Having lived in Asia and Europe, Alex has a global perspective and special appreciation of cross-cultural communication. Immersion in new languages and cultures has taught him many of the emotional intelligence, tone and body language. He trains his clients to speak directly, diplomatically, and effectively. Alex created several courses on managing challenging conversations, which he delivered in the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America.
