Lora L. Lebo, MHRM, PCC, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is a Coach and Founder of Big Bold Ideas, LLC. Lora’s style of coaching provides a supportive environment to create forward movement and look at situations from different perspectives, much like picking up a 3-D puzzle and turning it in your hands. Lora’s style is results oriented, but lending considerable weight to the means, as well as the ends. Lora is successful with all levels of management due to her ability to meet each client where he or she is at that time.
Lora has more than twenty years of experience in Human Resources working for Fortune 500 Companies, including Prudential Financial and Paychex. Lora earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Stockton University, and her Master of Human Resource Management from the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. Lora also obtained her EO Investigation certificate from Cornell University and spent many years of her career conducting employment related investigations. Lora holds her Senior Professional of Human Resources designation through HRCI and her Certified Senior Professional designation through the Society for Human Resource Management.
In addition, Lora is a graduate of the University of Miami, attaining her Certified Professional Coach designation. Following her graduation, Lora earned her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation.
By providing individual and team coaching, Lora partners with those individuals to grow their careers, attain goals, attack projects, develop skills and become stronger leaders.
Lora is very active in her adopted community of Lebanon, where she lives with her husband and dog, G. She currently serves as the Chairperson for the annual New Year's Bologna Drop, and enjoys playing golf and traveling in her spare time.
