Over the course of her career Inna facilitated organizational growth of a number of clinical psychology practices, both private and hospital-based, by training therapists, interns, and supporting personnel in effective interpersonal communication techniques, presentation skills, and instilling coaching culture in organizations. Her strength based approach combined with CBT-based skills training to increase EQ translated into higher staff retention and improved IRB acceptance rates. Inna is an entrepreneur who built a successful real estate business in highly competitive New York City market, where she worked with high net worth domestic and international clients on complex assets repositioning transactions. In the process, she coached developers and investors on property acquisition negotiations and multi-party problem resolution as well as re-location adjustment and stress management. Inna’s ability to facilitate her client’s balance of business goals with career and personal development makes her an invaluable thought partner to leaders in transition.
Inna received her education and training from New York University (B.A., Psychology), New School for Social Research (M.A., Psychology and Ph.D., Psychology), and Columbia University, Teachers College (Executive and Leadership Coaching Certification).
