As an executive coach and trusted advisor to her clients, Inna Post, Ph.D., brings over 20 years of business and psychology experience to facilitate her clients in achieving their full potential in career and personal development. Inna offers client-specific, evidence-based, and empirically supported coaching to help her clients develop and enhance relevant skills to transform challenges into opportunities and empower them to connect vision to action. Inna’s clients are executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals who pursue new growth opportunities within their existing environments as well as those looking to transition into new business and leadership roles in their careers. Concentrating on client strengths to clarify goals and priorities, Inna provides focused support and challenges her clients to get “un-stuck” in order to unlock their full potential in finding success. Inna believes that true fulfillment comes with a work-life balance that needs to be considered when making changes to achieve specific career outcomes.
Over the course of her career Inna facilitated organizational growth of a number of clinical psychology practices, both private and hospital-based, by training therapists, interns, and supporting personnel in effective interpersonal communication techniques, presentation skills, and instilling coaching culture in organizations. Her strength based approach combined with CBT-based skills training to increase EQ translated into higher staff retention and improved IRB acceptance rates. Inna is an entrepreneur who built a successful real estate business in highly competitive New York City market, where she worked with high net worth domestic and international clients on complex assets repositioning transactions. In the process, she coached developers and investors on property acquisition negotiations and multi-party problem resolution as well as re-location adjustment and stress management. Inna’s ability to facilitate her client’s balance of business goals with career and personal development makes her an invaluable thought partner to leaders in transition.
Inna received her education and training from New York University (B.A., Psychology), New School for Social Research (M.A., Psychology and Ph.D., Psychology), and Columbia University, Teachers College (Executive and Leadership Coaching Certification).
