Michael has over 30 years’ experience as a teacher, entrepreneur, and business consultant – all experiences he brings to his consulting work as a Leadership Coach.
For the past 17 years he has been a Managing Director with Deloitte’s Client Experience Group and in this role, he has been responsible for cultivating partnerships and managing client relationships for large multinational companies as well as emerging companies. Michael is the “connector” between the client and the firm. His focus is on developing the client’s business strategy and the Deloitte team that can best assist in implementing this strategy with a goal of exceeding the client’s expectations.
Michael’s work at Deloitte combined with his early career experience as an educator and as certified leadership coach uniquely positions him to be open-minded, authentic and deliver impactful leadership development to Senior Corporate Executives, Nonprofit Leaders and business professionals.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s in Education from Brooklyn College and is a Certified Coach from the iCoach Program at the Zicklin Business School at Baruch College, an ICF accredited program. He has additionally been certified by Deloitte as a facilitator and transition leader and has mentored numerous professionals at Deloite through facilitating classes such as: Art of Empathy, Art of Inquiry and its Emerging Leadership Program.
