Drawing on extensive international cross-industry experiences in sectors, including technology, architecture, financial services, new media, engineering, pharma, higher education, healthcare, and non-profit organizations, Marian Olah catalyzes personal, team, and organizational transformation by enabling leaders, managers, and teams to develop the inclusive people skills they need to drive business results, engage stakeholders, and align with organizational objectives. Marian’s expertise includes leadership development, management training, executive and leadership coaching, team building, assessments, program design and development, and workshop, offsite, and meeting facilitation to develop talent at all levels of the organization.

Marian is passionate about developing people to meet their potential and specializes in the leadership development needs of introverts. She champions and advances diversity, equity, and inclusion causes through her work. She creates learning experiences in workshops, team building retreats, meetings, and coaching sessions that transfer back to the work environment, thus effecting behavioral change, mindset shift, enhanced work effectiveness, and improved performance. She coaches C-Suite executives, senior and emerging leaders, as well as high-potential employees for executive, leadership, and managerial success, career transition, inclusive leadership, allyship, and performance improvement.

In her career, Marian served in leadership roles, including as Head of Talent Development at Perkins Eastman Architects, Director of Leadership and Organization Development in the New York City Health and Hospitals system, and as Associate Director of professional development and academic programs at the City College of New York/CUNY. She has also worked for the United Nations, consulted for Thomson Reuters, and held tenured professor and adjunct instructor positions.
