I'm the Founder and CEO of Harbor Light Coaching LLC and I'm committed to providing transformational coaching to clients around the world. My specialities include grief, loss, and major life changes. My coaching is focused on helping you find peace after a loss, divorce or illness. I'll support you in addressing your mindset, overcoming the hurdles of grief, and completing what’s unfinished.
I'm here to help you create more a meaningful life by developing healthier habits, deepening important relationships with yourself and others, and gaining clarity on your life purpose. I'll help you identify your core values to design a long-term vision and plan to achieve their personal and professional goals. You're are encouraged to maximize your strengths, reach your full potential, and dream big to ensure living a life worthy of you!
Before devoting my attention full-time to Harbor Light Coaching, I worked on backstage on numerous Broadway Productions, including The Producers, How to Succeed in Business…, Spamalot, and The Radio City Christmas Spectacular, where I developed the skills of working with individuals and teams to create deeper collaborations and connections.
A life-long student, I was studying psychology before turning to coaching after seeing how quickly people were able to improve their lives through the process. I'm a proud graduate of Accomplishment Coaching, the World’s Finest Coach Training ProgramTM, as well as the Grief Recovery Institute, an innovative training program in the world of grief.
I proudly hold the Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and earned a Master of Science degree in Communication from Walden University. Most recently, I completed the trainings to become a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach and a Certified Grief Educator.
I returned to New York City after living in the San Francisco Bay Area. I enjoy traveling the world with my dear husband and sweet daughter, hiking, boxing, meditation, and yoga. Additionally, I served as the Astoria Chapter President of the Soloist Collective, the Philanthropic Coordinator of BNI Chapter 53, and I'm currently a member of the Network of Arab-American Professionals.
