With more than 25 years of leadership experience, André helps prominent brands and organizations capture new business opportunities and revenue streams in various executive roles, start new divisions, and manage the P&L responsibilities of being a successful intra/entrepreneur.
Since the Financial Debacle in 2008, André coaches leaders in their most critical transition times. He is recognized for successfully empowering leaders and managers and increasing organizational success.
Since 2010, he creates several coaching development programs dedicated to leaders in transition and post-acquisition alignment strategies as well as new role’s integration
André performs coaching assignments addressing leaders of all generations on topics such as team and corporate dynamics, digital transformation, communication, difficult conversations and conflict resolution.
