Karen is passionate about empowering authentic and whole leadership, self-care and creating conversational spaces for potential and possibilities. As founder of Your Conscious Footprint®, she is a certified professional coach, consultant, facilitator and yogi empowering individuals, entrepreneurs, teams and organizations to step into their full potential, wisdom and deeper purpose with centered leadership. She enjoys working with her clients to recreate their stories, innovate, co-create, aspire and cultivate presence and BEING while navigating change.
For over 15 years, she has worked across a variety of industries and internationally in shifting cultures to be more inclusive, flexible, and to develop a growth mindset. She teaches and specializes in restorative yoga and is an Urban Zen Integrative Therapist (UZIT) integrating: reiki, essential oil aromatherapy, breath awareness, mindful movements and meditation. She weaves together her work from a variety of areas including: diversity and inclusion, unconscious bias, energy leadership and core energy coaching and Conversational Intelligence® (CI-Q).
