Margaret McLean Walsh collaborates with clients to realize their goals – and play a bigger game! Through her positive approach, clients uncover what’s working and find ways to do more of it. Helping clients question their current reality and build on their strengths is her specialty. Her direct approach and quick sense of humor inspire clients to envision a future of possibilities, new perspectives, and thriving in a complex world.
Her clients are ready to focus on what’s important, challenge themselves to go for it, take the next step, and achieve success. As a CHRO, she focused on engaging and developing the talent needed to grow the business, coaching executives through change, and encouraging a continuous learning organization. Her experience includes senior roles at JPMorganChase, The Federal Reserve Bank of New York, The Depository Trust & Clearing Corp, Markit NA, and Omgeo LLC.

For Margaret, it was a natural move into coaching where her positive psychology approach enables clients to build on their strengths. Her clients value how she broadens their perspectives, helps them reframe their situations, and challenges and supports them as they try out new learnings and behaviors.

Margaret’s deep appreciation for leadership communication comes from her C-suite experience. Impactful communication during major organization change, mergers, or acquisitions is a huge leadership differentiator. Her insights and direct approach encourage leaders to develop their authentic style and engage the hearts and minds of their followers.

Throughout her corporate career, she was known for creating an inspiring sense of purpose, possibility and partnership.

Her sense of fun helps keep things in perspective while building a leader’s capacity for self-awareness and personal growth.

Margaret’s executive coaching clients are senior leaders from entrepreneurial start-ups to global institutions such as JPMorgan, ADP, XenoPsi, Coca Cola, GroupM, BCG, Xerox and 1010data.

She qualified as an Executive Coach at the highest level at NYC’s Columbia University, where she serves as a Program Facilitator in the Columbia Coaching Center of Excellence.
