Stephanie Kleine-Ahlbrandt

Stephanie Kleine-Ahlbrandt is the founder of Activus Coaching & Consulting which supports purpose-driven individuals and teams to make the transformational inner shifts necessary for greater impact and fulfillment.  A change leader, collaborative innovator, and strategist, Stephanie spent the last 25 years of her life working with the United Nations, government, and non-profit organizations on human rights protection, conflict prevention and resolution, advocacy, training and policy analysis. She traveled to over eighty countries and lived in Asia, Europe and Africa, in addition to the U.S.

Stephanie is a Certified Professional Coach (IPEC), ACC (ICF), and a graduate of the Columbia University Coaching Certification Program. She is a Certified Teacher in the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) program in the neuroscience of mindfulness and emotional intelligence (https://siyli.org) and has been trained as a mindfulness meditation teacher by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.  She is a certified yoga instructor and Reiki master. Stephanie received her Masters at the Graduate Institute for International Studies at the University of Geneva, Switzerland and Certificates in Political Science and Chinese from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Strasbourg and Tsinghua University in Beijing.  A speaker of Mandarin and French, Stephanie been published widely and sits on the board of several non-profit organizations.

Stephanie is passionate about helping leaders align with their inner values, strengthen their intuition, refine their leadership voice, and enhance their resilience and wellbeing to create lives of purpose, impact, creativity and inspiration. She loves helping her clients work through the complex challenges that come with personal and organizational change and explore mindful leadership practices. Leadership above all requires the ability to connect and inspire, to bring the originality necessary for genuine thought leadership, and to spark the changes one hopes to see. This type of leadership must begin from within us; as our most powerful asset as a leader is our full and authentic self. When we lead from this place, we open the door to transformative change within us, our workplaces, and the world.
